Using the DataHush Program

Once you have finished as the administrator, **exit the program and re-start**. The password screen will have changed so that you can select a **UserID for logon**. The system defaults to the last user logged on, which in this case will be **<Admin>**. Change the UserID to your personal UserID, enter your password and click **<Ok>**..

Note that if the **incorrect password is entered too many times**, you will get the following message. The program will then exit and you will have to start it again. This is to **prevent unauthorized access to your keys**.

DataHush Menus

The DataHush program has a main menu with the options **<File> <Edit> <Tools> and <Help>**. Selecting one of these menus brings up a sub-menu with options as illustrated in the figures below. Note that **some menu options are not visible unless you are logged on as the administrator**. The program also will **disable certain options** depending on the state of the program. For instance, when the secret message screen in displayed, that option is disabled, since the screen is already showing. When an option is disabled, it appears **‘grayed out’** on the menu.
